Day 14 ~ Global Marketing & Communication , International Business Law
today is the longest school day for me for this week.
9 - 12.30pm Global Marketing & Communication
1.30pm - 4.30pm International Business Law
For Global Marketing & Communication, I have an American Professor.
All I can about him, Good!
he knows so much, so much that it is so interesting for me to want to listen to his lectures.
Maybe i don't read as much or unaware of these things!
Few things i should know:
- Going Global may not helped a business revive or get through
- La Fayette was in NYC before
- Certain parts of the US is exempted from sales taxes
- One company may succeed in their home ground but may not be likewise globally.
International Business Law, I have a Professor that is from Manchester.
well, i didn't enjoy this lesson as much. I learnt Business Law in Singapore for a while as well, but whatever that is taught here is very much different from what we learn.
Same goes for the teaching styles!
In Singapore, when a lecturer explains a case, you will be expect to analyse how to apply the law to the case and give facts to support.
In France, when my professor explains that case to us, he tells us the story of the entire case and the motive is not to tell us how to apply or use what law to answer. But to tell us, how good a businessman the Dutchman is. -_-'''

i won't have school tmrw! woohoo~
but will be heading to Chinatown to get groceries.
